🔁 Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • A replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability).
  • If the item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a refund where applicable.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in approved cases where a replacement is not available.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to complete, depending on the payment method or bank processing time.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), UPTRENDY will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
